This encounter was very frustrating, mainly due to treatment by the service advisor. She interrupted both me and my wife multiple times at each encounter... in person and on the phone. On the phone, she argued with me about the nature of the problem, and told me that the "air conditioner evaporator" was not inside the passenger compartment but under the hood. She also argued that my report of the A/C not draining was not reliable, stating we would have to "wait until it was hot" before it would produce condensate. I will not willingly deal with that particular advisor again. The problem was mold growth due to clogged condensate drains, which is a widely-reported problem. This is a CPO vehicle and was NOT covered under warranty at all, which we were not expecting.
